Effective October 24, 2026. This website is operated by Cyber Vehicle Operations LLC. These terms describe permitted use of the website. If you do not agree, discontinue use. They do not replace any separate written agreement signed with CYVO.
1. Website purpose
The website presents company information, research, illustrative scenarios and ways to contact CYVO. The animated experience shows a hypothetical journey. Availability, operating status, vehicle references and research qualifications are described in Sources & Disclosures. A form submission does not create a booking, service contract, partnership, employment relationship or investment commitment.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
Use the business inquiry forms only if you are at least 18 and authorized to provide the submitted information. You may browse, share links and use the interactive tools for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate others, scrape private information or use forms for spam or misleading submissions. Security research should be reported privately to our contact address without accessing other people’s records.
3. Information and models
Research is dated and linked to sources. Model outputs depend on assumptions you select and can differ materially from future results. They are planning illustrations and do not establish actual financial performance, an appraisal or personalized investment, tax or legal advice. Sources, definitions and model limitations form part of the information presented with these tools. Verify information independently before relying on it for a significant decision.
4. Investor communications
Investor inquiries are requests for a conversation. CYVO does not accept payments or binding subscriptions through this website. Eligibility and indicated capacity are self-reported and require any verification necessary in a future lawful process. Acknowledgment or follow-up does not promise acceptance, an allocation, a return or an investment opportunity. Any future transaction would require separate documentation and applicable approvals. See investor disclosures.
5. Your submissions
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to disclose. Do not include confidential third-party information, financial account credentials, tax documents or identity records. You retain rights in your submissions; you authorize CYVO to use them only to handle the inquiry and the purposes described in the Privacy Notice. Unsolicited proposals do not establish a confidentiality agreement. We may decline, remove or restrict abusive submissions.
6. Intellectual property
CYVO’s name, logo, original website content and design are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. A right to browse or evaluate the website is not a license to impersonate CYVO, resell its branding or claim endorsement. Third-party names, data and software retain their own rights and licenses. Tesla and other manufacturers are independent parties; references do not represent affiliation or authorization. Public-source data and open-source components remain subject to their applicable terms.
7. External services and communications
External links and social profiles may lead to independent sites. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. Form receipts and inquiry responses are operational communications. Website access and email delivery depend on third-party infrastructure and cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. If a form fails, contact us by email.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Notice describes data collection and choices. It is not consent to unrelated advertising or to processing otherwise prohibited by law. Use Your Privacy Choices for requests. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access or a website security concern.
9. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational tools are supplied as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or future performance. CYVO is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on hypothetical outputs or independent external content to the extent such a limitation is lawful. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections, fraud or willful misconduct. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or waive participation in a class action.
10. Changes, restrictions and governing law
We may update the website, correct errors or restrict abusive use. Revisions to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date; material changes apply prospectively. Pennsylvania law governs to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory rights under the law applicable to you. No exclusive court location is imposed by these website terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
