Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Kovach

Stephen Kovach is Chief Executive Officer and a co-owner of Cyber Vehicle Operations LLC. He leads CYVO’s business strategy, financial planning and development of prospective commercial relationships.

Stephen is the founder and CEO of Global Advisers and has worked in the investment industry since 1993, including earlier roles with A.G. Edwards and Charles Schwab. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Liberal Arts in International Political Economy from Harvard University.

At CYVO, his focus is translating an emerging transportation opportunity into a disciplined operating business, with attention to capital allocation, risk management and sustainable growth.

Rob Nagy

Rob Nagy is Chief Operating Officer and a co-owner of Cyber Vehicle Operations LLC. His planned remit includes fleet readiness, operating processes and the practical requirements of a scalable taxi business.
