  1. Request, 0:00–0:15. A traveler chooses a destination on a phone. A request is confirmed and a fictional electric CYVO vehicle is assigned.

  3. Pickup, 0:30–0:45. The cab pulls to the curb. A traveler approaches, the door opens and they enter.
